I help travel founders build email systems that earn trust before the trip even begins.
For 20 years, I’ve worked across continents—teaching English in Ecuador, building businesses in Romania, learning what actually moves people. I discovered that the journey with your guests doesn’t start when they book. It starts in their inbox, months before they arrive.
Most travel brands treat email like an ATM: generic blasts, discounts, “Book Now” buttons. I help you do something different. I help you teach, earn trust slowly, and let your audience arrive—long before they check in.
My path is unconventional. I grew up in Scotland with a father who pushed me toward adventure, and I’ve always carried an inexplicable pull to work abroad. I trained as an English teacher, worked across language schools and the British Council, and spent six months in Ecuador—a place that felt like home.
When family commitments brought me back, I moved online, then to Romania where my husband is from. There, surrounded by mountains and forests (I genuinely can’t live in cities), I began experimenting: homeschooling my daughters, building online businesses, ghostwriting for international companies. Each pivot taught me something about communication, trust, and what actually moves people.
After working with companies on messaging and email systems, the final pivot felt inevitable. I wanted to work in an industry I genuinely cared about, with people I could relate to. I started working with boutique retreat operators, adventure organizers, and sustainable tourism founders—businesses with real passion for transformation, not just volume.
I believe in building assets that compound over years, not hacks that work for weeks.
Your guests are telling you exactly what they need. We just need to listen to the data.
When you teach someone how to value your experience, price becomes irrelevant.
